Agaratla battalion of Assam Rifles destroyed Marijuana (Ganja) plants in forest area of Kamlasagar, Sepahijala district, Tripura on 13 November 2022. Based on the input received from own source and police regarding large scale plantation of Marijuana (Ganja) in forest land of Kamlasagar, Sepahijala district,Tripura, a joint swift Operation was launched by the party of Agartala Battalion of Assam Rifles with police representative from Madhupur Police Station on sunday.
\nThe operation party swiftly reached the loc and destroyed approximately 70,000 Marijuana plants which were planted in 15 acre of Forest land at Kamlasagar, Sepahijala district,Tripura. Forest land were used for Cannabis plantation.
\n The State police has valued the total destroyed plant to an approximately cost of Rs 35 Lakh (at approx valuation of 50 Rs per plant). Endeavor is underway to find out the cultivators.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
