A rape complaint was filed by the minor&#8217;s family at the RK Pur women Police Station on Thursday. The police investigated the incident and arrested the accused Kanti Roy and registered a case against him under 376\/506 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the POCSO Act. Case number 56\/2022. Investigating Officer Sub Inspector Purnima Das said that the accused will be sent to the Udaipur court tomorrow.
