Later, he complained to the East Agartala police station that he had participated in the procession of Bamgress on Saturday, that&#8217;s why he was attacked by some BJP miscreants. And he filed a case in the name of some people. Taking that case into hand, the police arrested Sushant Chandra Bhowmik, corporator of AMC No. 51 along with four BJP workers named Tinku Debnath, Bhaskar Pal, Khokon Das. Besides, Pankaj Barman was also arrested based on a complaint by corporator Sushant Chandra Bhowmik.
