Khowai District Election Officer and District Magistrate DK Chakma Returning Officers of 24 Ramchandraghat (ST), 25-Khowi and 26-Asharambari (ST) constituencies respectively NS Chakma, Vijay Sinha on how to complete the counting of votes as per the guidelines of the Election Commission of India in the exercise. And Subhash Chandra Saha trained enumerators.
