He was rescued in a bloody condition on the national highway in Kashipur area and taken to GB Hospital. The doctor on duty there declared him dead. Kamal Debnath was killed or it was an accident\u00a0 the police investigation is going on.Budhjungnagar police station arrested the accused in the road accident of deceased ASI Kamal Debnath.<br \/>\nThe name of the accused is Brahmajit Bhattacharya (40) of house Phulchari, Durga Chaumuhani, Kamalpur, Dhalai.
