The festival is organized under the initiative of Tripura Group Young Mizo Association and in collaboration with Department of Information and Culture, Tripura Tourism Development Corporation Limited, Jampuihill Block. On this occasion, a preparatory meeting was held at the BAC Hall of Jumpuihill Block on March 7. The meeting was attended by Biak Chungongga, BAC Chairman of Jompuihill Block, Anil Chandra Debnath, Additional BDO of Jompuihill Block, officials of various departments, representatives of Young Mizo Association were present.
