In response to that request, blood donation camps are being held in different parts of the state almost every day. On Sunday, thanking and congratulating the state government, newly appointed teachers who passed TET organized a blood donation camp at Agartala Press Club.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0Tripura Cabinet Minister Ratan Lal Nath was present as the inaugurating party for the blood donation camp. Minister Shri Nath spoke to the blood donors on this day to encourage them. While speaking, he urged the people of all levels of the state to come forward to donate blood. Besides, Minister Ratan Lal Nath highlighted the statistics of blood shortage in the state. He said that 42,481 units of blood have been collected so far in response to the call of the state government.
