And while inspecting the place, the decomposed body of an unidentified youth was recovered. The young man had a telephone wire attached to his neck and was covered with polythene. Therefore, it is feared that he was killed by suffocating with a telephone wire! No forensic team or dog squad was brought to the spot. For the usual reasons, questions are being raised about the police investigation process.
