At that place, left front government built a park in memory of Thakur Prabhat Chandra Roy, a freedom fighter, politician and educationist of the state. Later AMC\u00a0 built an open gym in that park. Now, in a part of that park, soil is dug to build AMC Ward No. 19 office . Seeing that, the local people got together and stopped the work. According to them, the park should be kept as a park. There is only one park in the area, where children come from far and wide to play. In addition, the residents of the area make morning and afternoon trips and evening trips.
