The escort vehicle of ONGC’s asset manager met with an accident in front of the official residence of Sipahijla District Magistrate in Charilam. Three TSR jawans were seriously injured. They were rescued and taken to Bishalgarh Sub-Divisional Hospital. SDM Vinay Bhushan Das and Bishalgarh police rushed to the spot after receiving the news. It was reported that another car was overtaking. So the escort vehicle overturned after losing control. The other vehicle is being identified by looking at the CCTV cameras of Bisramganj and Bishalgarh police stations.
