A person from Kailashar signed an agreement with an agency for Rs 5 lakh to get his daughter admitted in Guwahati Government Medical College. According to that agreement, 3 lakhs should be paid before admission. But that student from Kailashahar could not get admission even with money. So his father later filed a police case. Kailashahar police arrested the accused named Vinay Kumar Pradhan from Odisha.
