Rashtriya Ekta Diwas will be celebrated in Sipahijala district on October 31 through various events. On this occasion, a preparatory meeting was held today in the conference hall of the District Magistrate’s office. The meeting was presided over by District Magistrate Vishwashri B. Superintendent of Police BJ Reddy, Additional District Commissioner JV Doati and officials of various departments were present in the meeting. It was decided in the meeting that National Unity Day will be celebrated on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in Sipahijala district on October 31. Run for unity, cultural program, quiz competition will be held on this occasion. District wise main program will be organized at BRC Hall of Charilam Class XII School.
