Review meeting in West Tripura district on progress of good governance campaign in every house This campaign is going on to reach various projects and services to the people of all sections of the society: Education Minister

Education Minister Ratanlal Nath has sought the cooperation of people from all sections of the society to make the good governance program in every house a success. He said in a review meeting organized on the progress of Good Governance Campaign in West Tripura District Administration Office today, that this campaign is going on to reach the various projects and services of the government to the people of all sections of the society. It should be ensured that the benefits reach everyone. He suggested planting saplings along with distribution of saplings to ensure participation of everyone in the area in every camp. Agartala Purnigam Mayor Deepak Majumdar, West Tripura District District Magistrate Debpriya Vardhan along with the chairmen of various panchayat societies of West Tripura, BDOs and officials of various departments were present in the meeting. The meeting reviewed the various development programs implemented in this campaign along with showing a documentary film of the Good Governance campaign in each house. During the review, Mayor of Agartala Purnigam Deepak Majuda said in the meeting that good governance camp was held in every house in 51 wards of Agartala Purnigam on October 17, 18 and 19. In these camps, 2,686 people are given various administrative facilities. According to the information provided by the 9 blocks of the district in the meeting, it is known that 14 thousand 328 people have been given various administrative facilities so far through the Good Governance camp in each house in different gram panchayats, nagar panchayats, ADC villages of the blocks. 18 thousand 755 families of the district have been benefited through the overall scheme of various departments. In the meeting, Aniruddha Roy, Sub-Divisional Ruler of Mohanpur Sub-Division said that 3200 different certificates have been given so far in Mohanpur Sub-Division through this programme. As a part of this campaign, 5 poor families in each ward of Mohanpur Pur Parishad will be assisted in rearing ducks and chickens.
and 2 spray machines will be given to each family. In the meeting, the representatives of the departments of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Horticulture and Land Conservation, Animal Resource Development, Social Welfare and Social Education, Forests etc. also discussed the progress of their respective departments in the Good Governance campaign in the district.
