Grandfather accused of raping five-year-old grandson in temple city Udaipur. In the description of the incident
It is known that a five-year-old granddaughter was sexually abused by his grandfather in No. 2 Phulkumari Banduar area of Mandir Nagar Udaipur sub-division. The incident happened on Wednesday afternoon. The girl’s mother filed a case at the Udaipur Women’s Police Station. Moreover, the mother of the baby girl said that her father-in-law committed this misdemeanor in her house at the opportunity of her crowd. The police of Radha Kishore Pur Mahila Police Station rushed to No. 2 Phulkumari Bandua area after receiving the complaint of rape by Dadu Kartar and arrested the accused Dadu from his house and brought him to Mahila Police Station. Mahila Thana Police registered a case against Dadu under Section 376AB and POSCO Act and Section 53/22 of the Indian Penal Code .Later, Ripita Bhattacharya, Second OC of Radha Kishore Pur Mahila Police Station, said that today i.e. Thursday afternoon, the grandfather was sent to the Udaipur District Court after medical examination .Residents of the area including the grandson’s family demanded strict punishment for the accused grandfather.
