Mayor Deepak Majumder laid the foundation stone of open gym at Ramnagar road no one government place belonging to Ward No. 16 of AMC. This open gym will be built with the money of AMC. The cost has been estimated at 20 lakhs. Mayor Deepak Majumder said in this event that as many youths can be attracted to such open gyms, the youths can be kept away from drugs addiction. The State Government and AMC have decided to build one such open gym in each ward of the AMC. Work will start from tomorrow. Apart from the Mayor, Deputy Mayor Monika Das Dev, Corporator Tushar Bhattacharya and others were present on this occasion.
