10,323 teachers lost their jobs. This is not mentioned anywhere in the order of the High Court. Retired Justice Alok Baran Pal claimed. His consent was not taken in the committee formed by the state government. However, he claimed to have conveyed his views to the state chief secretary. He further said that the state government can issue a notification and reinstate them, if the government is willing. Moreover, he said that the news that the committee is avoiding responsibility is completely wrong. According to him, the claims of 10323 dismissed teachers are proving to be correct. Now let’s see if the new government reinstates them.
