Four nomination papers have been filed on the fifth day of nomination papers to contest the upcoming Tripura Assembly Elections 2023. On behalf of the Bengali party, 4 candidates submitted their nomination papers to the respective returning officers. 2-Jai Kumar Dev for contesting in Mohanpur Assembly Constituency, 3-Biplab Das for contesting in Bamutia Scheduled Caste Reserved Assembly Constituency, Mohant Burman in 18-Suryamnagar Assembly Constituency and Kishore Roy in 25-Khowai Assembly Constituency. A total of 13 nomination papers have been submitted till date. Among them, 12 nomination papers were submitted by the Bengali party. 1 candidate submitted nomination papers from National People’s Party.
