A boy died tragically while playing on the eve of Saraswati Puja. The name of the deceased is Prasenjit Pal. Only eight years old. His house is in Devpara of Khas Kalyanpur village in West Dwarikapur Panchayat of Kalyanpur. Like other days he was playing hide and seek with his friends near the house. A brick wall built by Rega collapses on him. The boy suffered severe head injuries. Instantly he becomes unconscious. Bleeding and falling under the wall. On hearing the screams of other friends, local people rushed to take him out from under the wall and took him to Kalyanpur Hospital. But the doctors’ efforts failed. The boy died in the hospital. The incident on the eve of Saraswati Puja casts a shadow of mourning on the area.
