State’s eminent politician, skilled administrator, distinguished intellectual and eminent writer late Narendra Chandra Debbarma has been posthumously awarded the Padma Shri. On Wednesday, the name of the Padma Shri Award was announced by the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Government of India.
