The Pradesh Congress released the 20-point manifesto through a press conference on Sunday. Congress MLA Sudeep Roy Barman and Jarita Laifalang TPCC Secretary ICC were present in the social conference.
The declaration is as follows:
1/ Law and order will be strictly controlled and zero tolerance policy will be adopted to stop crime against women.
2/ The anti-corruption laws will be strengthened through amendments.
3/ Free services for the poor will be introduced in government hospitals. Super specialty services will be expanded rapidly. Revenue collection of the state will be increased through medical tourism.
4/ Up to 150 units of electricity will be given free by stopping electricity theft and transmission loss.
5/ Financial assistance of 50 thousand rupees will be provided for the marriage of daughter of BPL family KG of daughters. From PG will be taught for free. Specially able children
Special educational institutions will be opened for education system.
6/ Very credit card will be introduced for higher education and business and interest free loan upto 5 lakh rupees will be provided.
7/ An initiative will be taken to make a pilgrimage to Gaya, Kashi, Vrindavan, Mathura and the disciples of Sri Sri Tagore Anukul Chandra Dev to Punya Bhumi Deoghar once a year by special train.
8/ In case of purchase of paddy, it will be increased from Tk 2040 to Tk 2500 per quintal.

10/ War will be declared against drug dealers
11/ 14 essential leaves will be supplied at affordable cost through public distribution system.
12/ 10323 Initiatives will be taken to find a practical solution for the dismissed teachers and the families of the deceased teachers will also be brought under this. The judgment of the High Court of teachers and non-teachers of the education campaign will be implemented.
13/ An integrated package for the upliftment of financial and social living standards of minorities will be announced.
14/ Vacancies in government offices will be filled regularly and employment initiatives will be taken for 50 thousand unemployed youths in the next 3 years and recruitment of Group-C and -D Palm Hijor unemployed will be stopped in Raja Government jobs.
15/ On the basis of price index, the wages of all workers including agriculture, rubber, tea workers will be guaranteed.
16/ Initiatives will be taken to pass the 125th Amendment Bill of the Constitution in order to give more powers to the ADC. A special package will be announced to improve the socio-economic living conditions of the poor tribals.
17/ It will be ensured that the Reserve Bank of India guidelines are implemented to prevent financial loss to borrowers of all micro finance companies including Bandhan Banks.
18/ Arrangements will be made to return the money to the families affected by the chit fund through the sale of confiscated properties.
19/ Every poor family in the state will be given a subsidy of Rs. 500 per cylinder for 6 cylinders per year.
20/ old pension scheme of Tripura government employees will be introduced, fixed salary employees will be regularized within 2 years, all irregular and contract employees will be regularized as per rules, gratuity of employees will be Rs.15 lakh, Group-C, Group-D employees medical ReimbursementTo be brought under, gratuity to employees twice a year, TSRs working abroad will be brought back, police-TSR home guards and SPOs will be increased in silk money-clothes-allowance etc. The die-in-harness scrim will be simplified.
