Assam Rifles flag off a National Integration Tour for special children of Ferrando Rehabilitation Centre for Disabled at Agartala on 06 February 2023.
The tour was flagged off by Commander 21 Sector Assam Rifles Brigadier Vikram Guleria SM from Assam Rifles Parade Ground. The tour is planned for six days from 06 February to 11 February 2023.
On the way, the children will interact with Inspector General Assam Rifles at Silchar, Directorate General Assam Rifles and Governor of Meghalaya at Shillong.
The tour is conducted with the overall aim of providing the special children to interact with various intellectuals, sees the culture and visit various tourist places of Assam and Meghalaya.
The team comprises 35 children and 04 teaching staff of the school alongwith one Officer, one Naib Subedar and 04 Jawans incl one Riflewoman.
