Laxman Nama, a ration dealer in Batadola area of Buxnagar, was secretly taking seven bags of rice from the government fair shop. It is alleged that aware citizens of the area caught him red-handed along with seven sacks of rice in an abandoned place. Then the people of the area gave him the best medium.
