Around 150 families of Narayan Nagar Colony area under Udaipur Rajnagar Panchayat have been suffering from severe water shortage for a long time. Despite repeatedly informing the local Rajnagar Gram Panchayat, the water problem was not resolved. Forced, the women of the area started protesting from Tuesday morning. They blocked the road . As a result, traffic jam was created on Udaipur-Pitra road. School students, office going employees were stuck on the road. Traffic is at a standstill for a long time. At the end, the protest was lifted after receiving the promise of water supply.
