Residents of the Gandachhara sub-division have joined the protests demanding road reform and drinking water. The road of about eight kilometers from Magh Para of the subdivision to Girachandra Para has turned into a death trap for a long time. The general public of the area started protesting from Thursday morning demanding reforms. On the other hand, the common people of the area started a protest on the Gandachhara Amarpur road demanding drinking water in the Gakh Bagan area. At two places, hundreds of people and cars were stuck on both sides of the two roads due to the protests of the crowd. Later, the road was cleared with the assurance of the authorities.
