Agartala, Saturday: Tripura Veterinary Council and Tripura Veterinary Doctors Association jointly observed World Veterinary Day on Saturday. This year the day is being observed with the theme “Veterinarians: Guardians of Food and Health.”As part of the observance, a rally was organized which started from the veterinary office near Astabal Maidan and passed through various roads of Agartala city before returning to the same venue.Veterinarians and associated staff participated in the rally and spread awareness about animal health and food safety among the public.
