Agartala, June 4: The 33rd Foundation Day of the Tripura Autorickshaw Workers’ Union was observed with due solemnity and enthusiasm on Wednesday at the CITU State Office in Agartala.As part of the celebrations, the union hoisted its flag and paid tribute to its departed leaders and martyrs by offering floral wreaths at the martyrs’ memorial.Union leaders and members were present on the occasion. Discussions were held on the organization’s long journey, its struggles for protecting workers’ rights, and future programmes and initiatives.The Foundation Day celebrations witnessed considerable enthusiasm among the workers and members of the union, reflecting their commitment to the organization and its objectives.
