Bishalgarh Rautkhla is heated again in the clash between BJP and Congress. According to the details of the incident, there was a clash between BJP and Congress workers while hoisting the party flag in the area adjacent to Bishalgarh bypass. A BJP worker, identified as Man Sarkar, allegedly fired a round of shots, injuring several people.All the injured are Congress worker ,Sikandar Ali who is undergoing treatment at Bishalgarh Sub-Divisional Hospital in a critical condition.
