The 17th Regional Saras Mela is going to start from Friday, November 18 at Hapania International Fair Grounds under the initiative of Gramin Jivika Mission Village Development Department of Tripura Government keeping the slogan of “Matri Shakti, Hobe Swarojgari ” in front of this slogan. Which will continue till November 30. Self-help groups will be present in the fair with their various products. The fair will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Friday afternoon. Also present will be Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Debbarma, Honorable Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Ratan Chakraborty, Minister Revenue Department Narendra Chandra Debbarma, Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department Pranojit Singh Roy, Minister of Prisons Department Ramprasad Pal, Minister of Information and Culture Department Sushant Chowdhury and Agartala AMC Mayor DIpak Majumder along with others.
