In Tripura starting the Good Governance campaign in each house to bring the benefits of flagship schemes of the Central Government and various schemes of the State Government to the people from the district to Gram Panchayat level.
This program has been taken up to deliver: Chief Minister The campaign will be launched in the state on September 17, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday. The campaign will continue in the state till November 30. A high-level meeting was held on this program at the 2nd conference hall of the Secretariat today. Chief Minister Professor (Dr.) Manik Saha presided over the meeting. Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Debvarma, Information and Culture Minister Sushant Chowdhury, Tripura Industrial Development Corporation Chairman Tinku Roy, Chief Secretary JK Sinha, State Director General of Police Amitabh Ranjan, Chief Conservator of Forests KS Shetty and other officials, secretaries and principal secretaries of various departments were present in the meeting.
The Chief Minister said in the meeting that Tripura has won praise in the country for the implementation of flagship projects and various development programs of the Central Government in the state. In some cases, the success has been 100 percent. The government has taken good governance program at every house to reach the people of all the townships of the state under the development programs of the central and state governments. The chief minister said that this program should be completed in the state with a mission. This program has been taken with the aim of achieving hundred percent success in implementing the development program. The Chief Minister said that all the districts and departments which will work successfully to bring the opportunities of government projects to the people will be rewarded in the implementation of this program. In the meeting, Chief Secretary JK Sinha said that good governance in every house is a special campaign of the Tripura government. The objective of this campaign is to deliver development services to people’s homes. To ensure the benefit of various schemes of Central and King Government to all the beneficiaries. He said that this program should be implemented in the mood of the festival and coordination between all departments of the administration.
At the beginning of the meeting, Information and Culture Department Secretary Pradeep Kumar Chakraborty outlined the Good Governance campaign program in each house through a PowerPoint presentation. In the meeting, the Secretary of Information and Culture Department said that in each house program in the state, district level development meetings, district level fairs and field level camps will be organized. This campaign will ensure the benefits of all the beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, PM-Kisan, Ayushman Bharat, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Bharat Net Scheme, Soil Health Card, Kisan Credit Card, Atal Pension Yojana, Mukhyamantri Yuva Palyasha Yojana, Swanidhi Scheme. Moreover, various benefits will be provided at the field level. Construction of special markets for farmers, construction of cold storage for farmers and fishermen, construction of canals for improved irrigation system, construction of check dams will be developed. Committees will be constituted at various levels for the smooth implementation of this campaign in the state. In the meeting, there was a detailed discussion about the program that will be implemented by various departments in this campaign.
