Panchali Bhattacharya, wife of former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar, victim of a terrible road accident. He is currently undergoing treatment at GB Hospital.
An out-of-control car rammed his rickshaw in front of Aparupa Bakery in Agartala. At the moment, Dr. Pradeep Bhowmik and Dr. Pradeep Sarkar are seeing him at the GB Trauma Center.
Former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar was also absent from Agartala. He was in Kailasahar for a party program. On hearing the news of the accident, he left for Agartala.
