BJP Announces Alliance IPFT is going to form an alliance with BJP on the basis of IPFT Common Minimun Program. IPFT will contest on 5 seats in the upcoming assembly elections. Chief Minister Manik Saha, MP Biplab Kumar Dev, Revathi Tripura, BJP State President Rajeev Bhattacharya along with IPFT Spokesperson Shuklacharan Nowatia and Bidhan Debbarma made this announcement at a joint press conference on Saturday. Five constituencies have been given to IPFT is Takarjala, Ramchandraghat, Asharambari, Kanchanpur Jolaibari.
