State SC Morcha Vice President Manik Das in 2-day police custody. He was arrested on charges of attacking the party youth leader’s house. SC Morcha president Manik Das alias Kala Manik arrested. The police filed a case under seven sections and sent him to court. SC Morchar Pradesh Vice President Manik Das was arrested on the basis of a case filed by Bilonia Mandal Yuva Morcha Secretary. Trouble started between the president of SC Morchar Pradesh and the general secretary of Yuva Morcha over the collection of tolls over the holding of the Anand Mela. As a result of this disturbance, SC Morchar Pradesh vice-president Manik Das alias Kala Manik and his team attacked house of general secretary of Mandal Yuva Morcha Jaydev Saha . physically assaulted the family members. In this case, a counter-case was filed in Bilonia police station. After SC Morchar Pradesh Vice-President Manik Das was arrested,Yuba Morchar leader Jaydev Saha was rushed to Bilonia Hospital. Presently stationed at Bilonia Hospital. Meanwhile, Manik Das fell ill while handing over to Bilonia court. The court sent Manik Das to police custody for two days.
